Your eggs do NOT need to be refrigerated. Why? Because of what is called an egg "bloom". An egg bloom is a film that surrounds when it is laid by the hen. Unless the egg is washed, the bloom remains on the egg. Because we do not wash our eggs, the bloom stays intact. The bloom creates an inpenitrable wall between spoilage mirobes and bacteria and the eggshell pores. In other words, your eggs are safe at room temperature for at least a month without worry. There is no need to second guess if your egg is safe or not.
