While laws about raw milk are different all over the country, we will be offering cheese subscriptions ONLY so that we can operate underneath our HerdShare Program.

We are offering our cheeses through a subscription-only because:

• We want you to try new styles of cheeses. Offering our cheeses in a subscription style will give you diversity of fresh cheeses every time.

• We are small and this is new! By offering subscription-only, we are able to plan ahead more easily than if we offered cheeses individually.

• It's fun! We love cheese and, obviously, so do you! Fresh local cheeses for your fridge as often as you want.
